Bridge Bearing

Elastomeric Bearing

Elastomeric Bearing

Laminated Elastomeric Bearings provide robust support, accommodating simultaneous loads and deformation in all directions. Through a vulcanization process, steel plates are bonded to the rubber, enhancing the bearings’ resistance to vertical loads. The steel plates are fully embedded in the elastomer, ensuring protection against corrosion. Connection to the structure can be achieved through the rubber itself or various steel elements, catering to diverse structural requirements. The flexibility of the rubber allows horizontal movements up to approximately half of its thickness and rotations.

Benefits of POT PTFE Bearings

  • Long-term Serviceability
  • Weather Resistance
  • High Load Capacity
  • Multi-Rotational Design
  • Low Maintenance

POT PTFE Bearings

POT PTFE Bearings with confined Elastomeric Pressure Pad, efficiently transfer loads from superstructures to substructures, enabling rotational movement about any axis in horizontal plane and to bear and transmit vertical Load. Their adaptability suits diverse structures, accommodating varying loading conditions and frequent movements.

Benefits of POT PTFE Bearings

  • Long-term Serviceability
  • Weather Resistance
  • High Load Capacity
  • Multi-Rotational Design
  • Low Maintenance

Types of POT PTFE Bearings

Fixed POT Bearings

Fixed POT Bearings

This bearing is fixed in all directions, transmitting horizontal forces, allowing rotation in the horizontal plane, and limiting horizontal movement.

Guided Sliding POT PTFE Bearings

Guided Sliding POT PTFE Bearings

This bearing transmits horizontal force in a single direction, allows perpendicular movement, and permits rotation in the horizontal plane.

Free Sliding POT PTFE Bearings

Free Sliding POT PTFE Bearings

Transmits vertical load, allowing movement in any direction within the horizontal plane, and accommodating rotational movement around any axis in that plane.

Spherical Bearing

Spherical Bearing

Spherical Bearings support high vertical and horizontal loads along with longitudinal and transverse movements, and high rotations in steel and concrete bridges.

Comprised of steel and PTFE/UHMWPE surfaces, they allow movement and rotations, featuring spherical and flat surfaces for tilting and displacement. These bearings, categorized as fixed, guided, or free sliding, accommodate various loads and movements.

Benefits of Spherical Bearings

  • Durable Performance
  • Adherence to Safety Standards
  • Rotational Adaptability
  • Enhanced Compatibility
  • PTFE Surface Integration

Types of Spherical Bearings

Fixed Spherical Bearings

Fixed Spherical Bearings

Restricts movement to rotations, restraining both longitudinal and transversal movement, suitable for scenarios needing rotational flexibility without translation.

Guided Spherical Bearings

Guided Spherical Bearings

Comprising an edge steel guide, enables unidirectional movement and controlled translation in a specific direction while permitting rotations.

Free Sliding Spherical Bearings

Free Sliding Spherical Bearings

Allows unbounded movement, sliding freely in all directions, suitable for structures necessitating unrestricted mobility in any orientation.

Rocker Roller Bearings

Rocker Roller Bearings offer a unique blend of stability and flexibility for structural engineering. With a design featuring base plates, rollers, and top plates, these bearings excel in managing vertical loads and movement. The rollers at the rocker & roller end, allowing both translation and rotation, while the rocker end permits rotation only. Ideal for railway bridges, these bearings ensure structural integrity, making them a go-to solution for stability and longevity in infrastructure projects.

Benefits of POT PTFE Bearings

  • Translation and Rotation
  • Low Maintenance Solution
  • Railway Bridge Stability
  • Ease of Integration
  • Vertical Load Transmission
  • Industry Standards Compliance
  • Long-Term Durability

Types of Rocker Roller Bearings

Rocker Cum Roller Bearing

Rocker Cum Roller Bearing

Features are designed with saddle and knuckle plate at top rollers, enabling both translation and rotation movements.

Rocker Bearing

Rocker Bearing

Similar to rocker cum roller design but without rollers, enabling only rotational movement.
